• Please note Courses and Workshops are not considered booked unless the booking is accompanied by the requested fee.

• Fees must be paid 3 weeks before start date or the place is not considered fully booked and may be reallocated.

• Fees are non-refundable or transferrable on cancellation.

• the yard:ARTspace reserves the right to rearrange or cancel workshops 2 weeks before commencement. Fees will be refunded in this instance in full or places transferred.

• the yard:ARTspace cannot take responsibility for the cost of pre booked accommodation or travel

• PRIVACY POLICY

• the yard:ArtSPACE is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

• Emails will be stored in order to communicate with participants about  booked courses and workshops. This information will only be shared with the appropriate tutor delivering that workshop.

• At no time will email addresses be passed on or sold to other organisations or individuals not associated with the yard:ARtspace.

• Email data will be retained for 1 year after the workshop date, data will then be deleted. Emails and messages will be stored securely on a word document or BT Yahoo, password protected. 

• Emails will be held by Mail Chimp only if express permission has been obtained to join the mailing list. This mailing list is for marketing workshops and courses at the yard:ARTspace and the artistic activities of Sue Brown.

• Unsubscriptions can be processed at anytime.

• Data will be deleted at any time on request
